India is a vast country with diverse cultures and traditions. However, despite the progress made in recent years, a large section of the population still remains underprivileged, especially in the rural areas. To address this issue, Focus India has launched the NIRMAAN-2030 project. The project aims to uplift the most backward villages in North and North East India, starting with the states of Assam, Bihar, West Bengal, and Jharkhand.

The first stage of the project is set to begin in Assam, where Focus India plans to develop 10 villages situated in the Marigaon district. These villages lack support from the local bodies and have a negligible contribution from NGOs and other voluntary organizations. The project shall concentrate on the overall sustainable and inclusive development of the area, ensuring the growth and well-being of the villagers.

For the successful execution of the project, Focus India shall monitor and supervise the execution until its completion. Even after the completion of the project, continued supervision will be maintained to ensure its long-term impact. The organization shall also ensure that the beneficiaries of the aid provided do not dispose of it, to aid in the sustainability of the developmental initiatives.

The NIRMAAN-2030 project is a much-needed step towards the upliftment of underprivileged villages. With increased community engagement and inclusive development initiatives, we can hope for better living standards and opportunities for the residents of these villages.
